Our stay at The Resort Conch, Pondicherry was truly memorable! We booked the luxury suite and it exceeded our expectations – spacious, elegant, and super comfortable. One of the highlights was the floating snack option in our private swimming pool – such a unique and fun experience! This place is ideal for couples who want a peaceful break from the city buzz. The atmosphere is calm, and the resort is surrounded by greenery which makes the whole experience refreshing. The room was cozy and clean, and we especially loved the private swimming pool area. The service was prompt and friendly. Would love to visit again!

Should mention about the staff and their receiving all the staffs are friendly and welcoming ….they even help u regarding the cabs or autos
The rooms are attached with the pools and the top floor has a pool with some floats for kids …
They even have play area for kids
Food is excellent … breakfast is complimentary and for lunch or dinner u have to priorly order it and if u mention the time they serve u hot freshly prepared hot food according to ur preference
They also have some services like floating lunch or dinner… u can also prefer for floating breakfast….
They also provide candlelight and moonlight dinner

We are so glad we chose this resort! We had our two little boys also with us and they loved it. We needed a homely atmosphere for the boys and the rooms were so big and spacious that it didn’t feel cramped with the kids. The rooms are very clean and the linen everything was prim and prop. I love the Greek decor also it felt peaceful and dreamy. The pools were the highlight for the boys, sometimes water was cold and we had to drag the boys out of the water. They didn’t want to come out though as they loved it so much. The reception desk was very helpful and kind especially Ruben who was a star! Kitchen staff also was amazing and special shout out to Kavitha who took care of us so well. Will come again. The 10 days we spent is a beautiful memory for us. Thank you Conch

Conch is a well maintained Luxury suites for people visiting Auroville or Pondicherry. The main attraction is the private pool suites. The overall look and feel of the hotel and rooms are elegant giving a feeling of a foreign country. The staff is very courteous and helpful, especially Kavitha who cleaned the room when we dirtied the floors. The hotel is located near the highway and they arranged an Auto to travel to Promenade beach and back at a reasonable rate. The hotel has a pool on the terrace and a few rooms with private pools. The room was very spacious with double height and there was a separate cozy bed for kids on the top. It also had a mini refrigerator in the room. The food was also very good. The morning breakfast buffet also had good options.

I stayed at Conch Resort for one day/night, and my overall experience was excellent. The private swimming pool was a highlight—neat and clean, perfect for a fun time with my kid. The garden area near the pool, however, seemed a bit abandoned. With better maintenance, it could significantly enhance the aesthetics.
The location of the resort is very convenient, being very near to the city center. This made exploring the area quite easy. The staff were good and very helpful, contributing positively to our stay.
The food was enjoyable, adding to the pleasant experience. However, the outdoor park was filled with mosquitoes, likely due to nearby construction work. Addressing this issue could provide an added advantage to the overall experience.
Overall, Conch offers a great stay.

It is not one of the best but the very best stay available here at Auroville.
We were here for 3 nights.
The staffs are very friendly and soft spoken which kind of gives more positive vibes here.
Each room ( Ground and first floor) has a private pool which is bigger than i expected.
Room cleanliness is top notch.
They come everyday to clean the pool as well.
Food i would say can be better but its definitely better than the rest of the hotels or cafe i had food in.
Only blip is going in pool at night time , as there are tress surrounding the property , insects and bugs or sometimes frog do come in (in the pool side only and not in the room , room and pool side is separated by a door) but again this is a rarity and its definitely not something to consider while booking
Over all a wonderful experience and would recommend to visit this .

The facility of Conch by itself is a sheer architectural marvel.
Designed for perfect escape away from the hectic city life to revive the subdued intimacy in every family.
We as a family of had a wonderful time drenched in fun and happiness with the luxurious swimming pool positioned craftily at our private disposal.
A special mention of the hospitality team, right from Kamalika who welcomed us with a broad smile, the chef Ashish who is a magician of culinary art always ready to cook everything fresh, it was to our surprise we happened to learn that the facility doesn’t use any cold storage in their kitchen. Followed by Agilan & dawa who were all always available to serve, made us feel all pampered and comfortable throughout our stay here.

We had an amazing stay at Conch! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a stunning view of the private pool.
The amenities were top-notch, with a delicious breakfast spread by *Saritha & Kavitha* for both the days. Thanks to *Kowsalya* for being really friendly and capturing beautiful couple pictures of us on our minimoon. Thanks to *Mr. Ruban* who was with us throughout the process from booking, check-in to check-out and assisting for all the nearby amenities possible.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Conch Resort! The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided.

My friend and I stayed at Conch for 2 nights and 3 days, and it was a wonderful experience. We booked a Deluxe Pool-Facing Room, which was spacious, clean, and had a mini balcony. The restroom was also well-maintained and tidy.
The overall ambience of the resort is beautiful, and the breakfast offers a good variety of options. The staff were warm and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
A couple of things to note: The resort is closer to Auroville rather than White Town, and if you plan to rent a vehicle, it’s best to do so through a proper rental service.
Overall, Conch is easily one of the best resorts you can find in the area, highly recommended!

This is a beautiful property and also a very new one, few rooms are still under construction. The staff here is lovely. The attached private pool is well maintained and a wonderful experience. We travelled with our 1.7 year kid and she loved it here, the staff took special care. Location is away from white town but they arrange 2 wheelers. I loved the locations as it is away from crowd.
The food taste is good but very few varieties. This is may be because they are still setting up. But Swiggy delivers to your door step and there are a few great restaurants nearby.

I loved everything about this place, right from the rooms, the private pool, staff, location to the service. They helped my fiancee plan a really special proposal and I left this place with a lifetime of memories!
The rooms are immaculately clean and the private pool was just an extravagant, luxurious experience. Spent most of our time at the pool beating the heat.
